How to book an appointment online

1. Go to https://islab.ajanvaraus.fi
2. Choose a service.
3. Choose a laboratory, read their instructions and continue to choose a time. If a laboratory is not on the list, you cannot book an appointment there.
4. Choose a date and a time.
5. Fill and check your information, save the appointment.
6. Write down the reservation number and serving number. You need the reservation code if you want to check, move or cancel your appointment online. You will be called in laboratory by the serving number.
7. Close the session by clicking “Close session” button.

How to check, move or cancel an appointment online

To cancel an appointment online, you need the reservation code that you received upon booking your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online.

1. Go to https://islab.ajanvaraus.fi
2. Click on the “Reservation code” button on the top right corner.
3. Enter your reservation code and press “Continue”.
4. Here you can see your reservations and cancel or change them.
5. Close the session by clickin “Close session” button.

You can cancel an appointment online one hour before the appointment.
