Advisory service for patient customers

ISLAB has an advisory service for customers coming in for laboratory tests. You can contact us either by phone or via our websites chat service.

We can give general advice about laboratory tests e.g. how to prepare for laboratory tests. We can also give information about prices, if you have a referral from a private health care provider and are paying the tests yourself. We cannot give information about what spesific tests have been ordered or test results. They will be provided by your health care provider.

Booking an appointment to laboratory
You can book an appointment online or by phone 044 717 8888 Mon–Fri 8–14. A callback service is in use from 8–12.

Call prices are the regular call tariffs dependent on the telephone operator.
